This attachment works as a grain mill for your Concept Kitchen Machine (models MEK 7000, MUM 7400UC and MUM 7010). It features a natural stone millstone that is excellent for grinding grains such as wheat, rye, braised barley, buckwheat, rice, millet, and soybeans. Not for use with oily seeds. Grinds directly into the mixing bowl (for use with the Universal Kitchen Machine, a plastic mixing bowl is required). Graduated controls for fine to coarse grinding. Includes a transparent cover.
